My parents where in Florida on vacation and I was checking on there home for them.I stopped by to check the house and the heat was out.I called Lanham heating and Cooling. Randy was there within 30 minutes.

 Randy diagnosed the problem and replaced the blower promptly.At the time it was winter and by doing this prevent damage to the home from frozen water lines.

 This past spring Lanham Heating and Cooling  replace the old furnace with a high efficiency furnace and outdoor air conditioning unit.Very please with the heat and air.There are no longer cold spots I'm my moms house. Very happy with the new system.
